The United States, China and other UN member nations came together to sign the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation in Singapore earlier this year. Officials from a total 70 countries attended the signing ceremony of the Convention – which has been named after Singapore for its efforts in drafting and negotiating the treaty.
